At The Co·Lab,
I value your time and mine, so I strive to provide you with the best service possible. In order to do so, I kindly request that you read all procedures before booking your appointment.
I understand that sometimes things come up, and you may need to cancel your appointment. However, please note that cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged the full appointment amount with the card on file. I appreciate your understanding in this matter as it helps me to better serve my clients and maintain my schedule.
I do offer the option to transfer your appointment one time within the month to accommodate any unforeseen circumstances. Additionally, I book appointments on the 15th of every month, so please make sure to choose the correct service when booking to ensure you receive the style you desire within the allotted time.
I also have a late policy in place to ensure that I can provide quality service to all of my clients. If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible. After fifteen (15) minutes, I may need to cancel your appointment, and your card on file will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service. I appreciate your cooperation and understanding in this matter.

All New Clients
If you coming from another CURL EXPERT please fill out “This Form” to possibly bypass the new client appointments. All other inquiries please utilize the new client tab and DO NOT fill out this form.
If you’re coming from a fellow Curl Artist, please fill out this form in lieu of a consultation or New Client Appointment. Once form is approved, you may be able to bypass the New Client Appointment Process. All new clients must book under the new client tab. If booking for color, a consultation must be booked first. Failing to book to under the “New Client” tab will result in your appointment being cancelled. Tamed Tresses may not be for you if you are not ready to commit to a new regimen with different products to use.
If you are seeking a Curl Culture appointment please read New Client PSA. The products used during the appointment yield the optimum all results you are seeking and will be recommended to purchase after your appointment.
If you’re seeking a hair color appointment and have never been to Color & Curl Co·Lab you must first fill out a Color Consultation Survey HERE. then you can book a consultation first on a separate day before your appointment. After the consultation, you may book your color appointment.
If you have not been on your routine trim and it’s been over twelve(12) weeks you must book the “Curl Culture The Works” service.
If you have not been serviced at The Color & Curl Co·Lab for a silk press in over three(3) months, you must book “The Silked Straight, Olaplex & Trim” service.
If you’re changing your existing color palette, you will need to book a consultation first. If you’ve not been serviced within six(6) months and would like to change your color palette, you must book a consultation first on a separate day before your appointment. After the consultation, you may book your color appointment.
